Awards and recognition inspire excellence. Sourcewell recognizes teachers, students, school administrators, and districts leaders who go above and beyond to enhance education in central Minnesota's Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena counties.

Educators of Excellence

Every spring, Sourcewell recognizes educators who demonstrate leadership and have had a positive impact on students and colleagues. Each school selects a teacher who has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, and we rely on nominations to choose a:

  • Adviser/Coach

  • Leader of Educational Excellence

  • Paraprofessional of Educational Excellence

  • Silver Lining Award

  • Support Staff of Educational Excellence

  • Team of Educational Excellence

Students of Character

April 19, 2023

The Students of Character Celebration, also held every spring, recognizes high school juniors and seniors in our region for their quiet leadership within their communities and schools.
